I’m moving for a new job so I’d like to rent out my bedroom/bathroom in a rented 2-story house I was splitting with 3 other (male) friends. It’s a nice spacious house in a great neighborhood just a straight 2 minute drive from campus. You’d get your own bedroom and half bathroom, but the shower is shared with 2 other people in a different bathroom. Living room/kitchen are big and open. Backyard has a fence and screened patio. Washer and Dryer in garage and shared.

Rent is 656.25/month, and your share of the utilities each months is around $100, sometimes more sometimes less. Due to the arrangement with the property manager, we can’t individually sublet rooms/leases, so you would have to be added onto our existing lease which lasts until August 1st, 2025. The guys living there are super chill, rarely the party type and very non-intrusive.
