We publish on the site only the email addresses given to us by the Listing Agent so that potential Renters can contact them.

Semester Sublet collects names, email addresses, and phone numbers from Listing Agents and Renters who choose to provide them. This information is used solely for the purpose of customizing your usage experience with our website. By providing this information, we can save previous search results for you to use in the future.

Semester Sublet only shares Listing Agent contact information to the Renters of the property listings whom the Renter decides to contact.

Semester Sublet does not sell, rent, or otherwise share email information of any kind.

Listing Accuracy and Information

Semester Sublet is not responsible for any information provided in a rental listing. We are an advertising service and provide the means for Listing Agents to advertise their rental apartments.

Listing Agents are solely responsible for making sure their listing is accurate, honest, and up-to-date. Listing agents are responsible for providing the appropriate rental agreement contracts and discussing subletter applications and their fees with potential Renters.

Renters are responsible for clarifying any and all questions or concerns with the Listing Agent before agreeing to rent the property.

Disputes

Semester Sublet will not be a party to, or offer resolution to, disputes between Listing Agents and Renters. Semester Sublet does maintain information on each Listing Agent, however, and potential Renters are welcome to request complaint information from us if desired. Please note that the only complaints or praise notes we may have are those that are sent to us.

This Is an Advertising Service

Semester Sublet is an advertising medium only. We do not provide booking services or legal advice, and we are not real estate agents. Semester Sublet, however, does provide advice on marketing rental apartments.
