I am looking to sublet my room for the Spring ’25 semester! I will be gone from Jan-June, so I am leasing out my apartment from December 20, 2024- mid June 2024.
My apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath so you will only have 1 roommate. My room has a bathroom attached. The apartment is mostly furnished with things I have bought, so you wouldn’t need to buy much furniture. I am leaving my bed frame, mattress, standing desk, dresser, mini fridge, and bookshelves so you don’t need any furniture! We have a nice microwave, large fridge, new dishwasher, in unit washer & dryer. The rent is $1025 each per month. There is a $500 sublet fee but you would not have to pay any security deposit! If the sublet fee is the only thing holding you back, we can figure something out! We are only responsible paying for wifi and utilities, and those combined are usually never more than $100 that we both have to pay. The apartment complex has a pool, and only residents are allowed to park in our parking lot on a first come, first serve basis. We are right down the street from the King Soopers on Table Mesa, and right by several bus stops. I bus to school and it does not take long at all. We are on the ground floor of the apartment, but lighting or security issues have never been a problem. Our parking lot has security cameras, and there has never been a break in. We have a little porch that has a closet sized storage area. We can’t ever hear the people above us or beside us, so that’s a plus. No pets are allowed. The landlord requests that you and your co-signer undergoes a brief security background check. Let me know if you are interested and I would love to give you a tour!
