About Us

As parents we know how difficult it is to find subletters for apartments when college students study abroad. Many parents, including us, are left spending thousands of dollars on unused bedrooms in beautiful rental apartments. Students heading off to Europe, Asia, Central and South America for their life changing semesters need help finding subletters.

We realized these stressful and financial burdens are on the minds of many parents and students and we created this platform for you.

Nancy Schwartz (Founder)

After a successful career as Director of Advertising for a Fortune 50 firm in NYC, Nancy and her husband moved to Boston where they have raised their family which includes graduates from the University of Maryland, Indiana University, the University of Pennsylvania and the State University of New York at Albany. Nancy founded The JJA Group, a rental housing business providing off campus housing for State University of New York @ Albany and College of St. Rose students in Albany, New York. Managing their rental property on Cape Cod has also provided Nancy with knowledge regarding short term rental needs.
